Total width of cross shaft.

Looking at the front /right side of horizontal shaft to
right ski. Cut into the 2X2 so the skis can move up and down without striking
the main connector.

Looking at the front, total cutout length for main connector.

Main Connector length. **Notice the groove on the top so the existing assembly
on the Alpine will bolt right on and not slip. Also the main bolt through the
cross shaft is encased in a bushing and also a grease fitting was installed.

One ski measurement. This was a Yamaha ski, but any newer ski will work. Again
notice the bushing welding in and the grease fitting.

The main shafts are composed of 2x2 steel.

One side ski height.

Better picture of cross shaft cutout and wetbolt assembly. Notice steel plates
welded into the lowered sections to ensure integrity.
(Horizontal plates installed.)

Good pic of interconnecting assembly. A CNC machine was used. The whole assembly
slides onto existing "nub" of front steering on Alpine
